Now The Heroes have no idea where the trading cards at the 2012 Glencoe Grand Prix came from, but they do know if there’s an amateur cyclist worth inkjet printing on cardstock, it is local bike-vivant Andrew Zens. Aside from his devilishy handsome smile, his stats include a Zen(s)-like coolness in the tense moments of criteriums, a vast knowledge of the Chicago bike racing scene, and even vaster knowledge of the coldest spot in the High Life fridge at Chicago roadie mart J.J. Peppers. It’s no wonder these girls are so excited.
