Rambling Thoughts on all of this by Tenspeed Hero

We are so, so, so excited about our race teams and women and men doing amazing things. We yell and sing names like Jake Szymanski, Madeleine Pape, Dani Arman, Sophia Robinson, Chicago Women’s Elite Cycling…

………….

Chicago Women’s Elite Cycling is a collective designed to support Chicagoland Elite Women racers and develop future talent in women’s cycling. We at Tenspeed Hero are avid supporters of anything that’s goal is to raise awareness and bring equality to women’s cycling. It’s really core to TSH and we focus and strive to achieve a better future for women’s cycling everyday. We look forward to working with them and helping to pave a clearer path for the future of women’s cycling. The roster includes Daphne Karagianis and Jannette Rho from Chicago’s Cuttin’ Crew, PSIMET Racing’s Kelli Richter and Sarah Szefi, Tenspeed Hero’s Dani Arman and XxX’s Ellen Ryan. TSH designer Lauren Ayers contributed this lovely design for their jersey! The CWEC has an awesome webpage and calendar for info about clinics and support!  The first race on their collaborative calendar will be the Glencoe Grand Prix. Say hello!

TSH WOMEN – TSH WOMEN – TSH WOMEN
Dani Arman, Sophia Robinson, Madeleine Pape and Tricia Fleischer

New Team Member Tricia Fleischer

You may see this incredible women racing on her Mountain Bike this summer in TSH colors and you will definitely see her wearing skinsuits this fall for our Elite CX Team. She will be joining Dani Arman racing at as many UCI races as we can fit into our life, work and play schedules. She just notched second place in the Stottlemeyer Epic 60 miler (Northwest Epic Series)! Earlier this year she also distinguished herself with a 27th place at her first CX Nationals on the muddiest of muddy days.

Tenspeed Hero – Leave It On The Road

So we start this story with some names: Jake Szymanski, Michael Tabtabai, Dani Arman, Tricia Fleischer and Sophia Robinson. They will be racing Moutain Bikes under our a collaboration with Leave It On the Road. You may remember LIOTR’s inspirational ride across America in 2013, raising awareness and over $50,000 for Colon Cancer Alliance and the Colon Club. Andrew Hudon and Michael Tabtabai rode across the country in 24 days making 150 mile efforts the daily norm. It was an incredible journey beautifully documented on their website.

Look for the Tenspeed Hero – Leave It On The Road jersey in a few weeks time or on the back of Jake Szymanski who is currently racing in Oregon and currently second in points after Coast Hills Classic XC race. This summer we will bring you more news about the team, the people, rides, and our efforts for the Leave It On The Road mission.
