This post dedicated to Josh Jefferson Davis and Fernando Pacheco who came to visit our TSH Resort launch and helped us out whenever we needed a hand and sometimes when we did not realize we needed one. You guys are real Heroes to us!
Firefly Bicycles
We started talking to FIREFLY Bicycles of Boston in mid 2015 about a collaboration involving our two brands. One can imagine the excitement in the studio when we realized we could work with Tyler, Jamie and Kevin. We love the welds, we love the paint, we love the variety of materials they craft with, we love the attention to detail and dare we say, we love the playful nature of all things Firefly! Custom bikes should of course be exacting in their craftsmanship but at the end of the day we go out and play on these things and that is what you want to do with a Firefly. Play on the climbs, play while bombing down canyon roads or hopping on the odd gravel road. This frame is made specifically for TSH Road Captain, Dani Arman. Though CX is her passion she jumps in a fair amount of road races and local crits and has been known to win on tough climbs and finished last year with several podiums and wins! This post will be the first of many we tell about a woman and her custom steel road machine. A story that needs to be told more right? This frame is beautifully adorned with partner brands, Enve, SRAM and Chris King. We cannot thank them enough for the perfect build. Designer for TSH, Lauren Ayers also designed three color-ways for the FIREFLY-TSH Resort Project (blue, pink and green). For more info about availability head on over to Firefly for more info! (And just in case you follow TSH regularly and are wondering who is sitting on Dani’s bike, that is TSH Europe’s Jess Duffy who subbed for Dani as model and bike racer because Dani was busy packing for Boulder.
